Why do I have to login/create an account with LoveOffers?
Everyone who uses LoveOffers must login and create an account, this will save you time and effort in the
future and will ensure we have your correct email address to send you a download, and/or postal address
to send you a sample/competition prize or magazine.
Why do I have to activate my account?
To protect our customers, all new accounts must be activated before they can be used. This confirms the person who owns the email address wants to create the account. To activate your account, simply click the "Activation Link" in the email. You will be brought back to the Love Offers website and your account will automatically be activated. You can then finish registering for your Love Offers account.
I need my account activation email to be resent.
Simply click here and then enter the email address you used to register and click Continue and your account activation email will be resent immediately.
How do I change my details?
Please email us at help@loveoffers.co.uk if you need to change any of your registration details.
What if I forget my password?
Please click on the ‘forgotten password’ link and enter the email address you registered with. Your
password will be emailed to you.
How do I receive my free download?
Your free download will be made available after you've lopgged in. It wil also be emailed to you. Please ensure we hold your correct email address or you will not be able to receive it.
How will I be notified if I win one of your competitions?
We will contact you by telephone in the first instance and confirm/arrange delivery of your prize.
How do I get my free sample?
Your free sample will either be posted to you, or emailed to you if it is a digital product.
How to I redeem a voucher?
Printable coupons can be downloaded, printed off and used in stores/restaurants/bars etc.
Online codes can be used by following the links provided and copying and pasting the required code.
When will my subscription start?
Your subscription(s) will start with the next available issue unless otherwise requested by yourself in the necessary section of the website.
Depending on the time of your order, the print date of the magazine and the postal method used, this can be up to 12 weeks, but in most cases
it will be sooner.
How long will it take for my first issue to arrive?
After your order has been processed by the publisher, you will receive the next available issue. The delivery date is determined by the time
you place your order and the print date of the magazine you order. It can take up to a maximum of 12 weeks for delivery of your first magazine
but this will be confirmed in the Welcome letter you receive from the publisher of your selected magazine(s).
How will I know if my order has been received and processed?
An acknowledgement email will be sent to you, the subscription purchaser, within 12 hours of the subscription(s) being ordered by LoveOffers.
A second email will be sent to you, the subscription purchaser, within 12 hours of the order being processed by the publisher. This email will
be sent by LoveOffers and will confirm contact details for the publisher regarding your subscription(s).
If I order a subscription as a present for someone else, will they be contacted?
If you have ordered a gift subscription you (the buyer) will receive a posted acknowledgement letter. No contact will be made with the
subscription recipient at all until they receive their subscription. Announcement of the subscription is solely at the discretion of you,
the subscription purchaser.
I paid by Direct Debit. Am I protected?
If you pay for your subscription by Direct Debit you are automatically protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee. A copy of this should be sent
to you by the publisher of the magazine/s you have selected. You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank and the publisher.
Refund / exchange policy
The selected magazine/s cannot be exchanged for any other magazines through the website. The subscription can be cancelled at any time during
its term and a refund of any unmailed issues will be made by the Publisher of the magazine/s you purchased and not by LoveOffers.
