Subscriptions Terms and Conditions

Offer available to UK residents (excluding Channel Islands), aged 18 or over, who are not existing subscribers. Minimum subscription period of 52 weeks applies. The digital element of your subscription is subject to terms and conditions set out on the websites, which must be accepted prior to activating the digital element of your subscription. Prices quoted are only available when paying by monthly Direct Debit. Additional charges apply to credit card payments. Customers can cancel their order within an initial 7 days of subscribing. Following this period, customers must give 3 months notice to cancel their subscription. Cancellation of the subscription will include cancellation of your online, tablet, and smartphone access. The 7 Day Pack has 5 weeks newspaper holiday allowance which is equivalent of 35 days. This pack includes Times+ membership which is subject to terms and conditions; please see mytimesplus.co.uk for details. This subscription package does not include home delivery of the papers. Times Newspaper Limited reserves the right to change the weekly subscription price with 30 days notice (except within a guaranteed price offer). Customers have the right to cancel their subscription within 30 days notice where the weekly subscription price has changed. Your subscription is with Times Newspapers Limited.
